Mechanic’s Lien: According to California law, JB Auto Mechanic reserves the right to exercise a “Mechanic’s Lien” on any vehicle for which service remains unpaid.
3. Company Responsibilities

Warranty: JB Auto Mechanic provides a limited warranty on labor and parts (as specified on your final invoice). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or external accidents after the vehicle has left our facility.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Vehicle Care
To ensure the best results and safety, the customer agrees to the following:

Post-Service Care: Once the service is completed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the mechanic’s post-repair instructions (e.g., break-in periods for new brakes, checking fluid levels after a certain mileage).

Vehicle Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion notification. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond this period.
5. Limitation of Liability

Personal Property: JB Auto Mechanic is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

6. Safety and Road Testing
The customer grants JB Auto Mechanic permission to operate the vehicle on public streets for the purposes of diagnostic testing and verification of repairs.
